Description
Phased Refurbishment of existing clinical areas to provide enhanced provision to ACC, Emergency Department offices, Minors, Front Door, GP areas, CAMHS, CED and Imaging in Phase 1 and Frailty, Mental Health and Emergency Departments in Phase 2
Project Challenges
The main challenges were to ensure the Trust Project, Capital and Clinical teams could all be brought together to ensure the P22 processes were fully understood and control of the client budget, risks, derogations, and programme.

- Assisting the PM on all processes and contract requirements
- Total financial control of all aspects of the scheme.
- Tracking cost against phasing needs and tight budget
Performance
Advising the client various teams, especially those not construction minded, on controlling information, programme, and cost budgets against clinical needs
Ensuring all parties worked within the P22 Framework process map and specific requirements.
