Description
Construction of a new specialist school campus and associated residential facility in Boston, Lincolnshire situated on an existing greenfield site.
Project Challenges
The challenge was to involve and advise an inexperienced Client throughout the construction process to ensure that they knew how to achieve a project partly funded by the Department of Education and partly by Charitable Trusts within time and budget

Performance
As the project was partly funded by the Department of Education and party by charitable funding, advising the client how best to ensure the project was separated into two distinct phases to meet their funding requirements
We mitigated all risks, worked to a tight programme and budget with our client who had no previous procurement/construction knowledge and collaborated to establish a new set of pre and post contract guidelines.
